Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping time

Estimated delivery is 5–11 business days after processing, depending on your location. Please note these are estimates — occasionally delivery may take longer due to customs, carrier delays, or peak periods.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

Customs, duties & import taxes

For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority upon arrival. These charges, if any, are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping cost.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to redirect or refund orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll always do our best to help.
